Cara Mengatasi "NGStudio has stopped working" pada Pinnacle 16 on Windows 8

You obtain an error message "NG Studio has stopped working" and it crash.

Solution: clear Studio's cache.

In summary:

1. Close Pinnacle Studio 

2. Browse to this location: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Avid\Studio\2.0 for Studio    16.0, C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Pinnacle\Studio\16.0  --- for Studio 16

3. Delete this folder

4. Re-open the software and see if the Error still comes up 

Warning: a complete reset of your software is done.

Note: If you cannot browse to this location, you need to enable the option to Show hidden files and folders. In Windows Vista and Windows 7, in Windows Explorer click Organize and select Folder and Search Options > Enable Show hidden files and folders.
